該設(shè)備是我公司針對(duì)吹灰器閥門密封面焊接定制的專用設(shè)備，采用自動(dòng)噴粉工藝焊接，可以保證閥座環(huán)堆焊的鈷鉻鎢硬質(zhì)合金均勻致密，從而使密封面更耐磨，密封效果更好，閥門使用壽命更長(zhǎng)。
This equipment is a specialized equipment customized by our company for welding the sealing surface of the soot blower valve. It adopts an automatic powder spraying process for welding, which can ensure that the cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy deposited on the valve seat ring is uniform and dense, thereby making the sealing surface more wear-resistant, sealing effect better, and valve service life longer.

該設(shè)備是帶有刀庫和自動(dòng)換刀裝置的一種高度自動(dòng)化的多功能數(shù)控機(jī)床。主要完成需要一次裝夾多工位加工成型的減速機(jī)、渦輪箱等零部件的加工，以保證減速機(jī)、渦輪箱運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，噪音小，不泄露。
This equipment is a highly automated multifunctional CNC machine tool with a tool library and automatic tool changing device. The main task is to complete the processing of components such as reducers and turbine boxes that require multiple workstations to be processed and formed at once, in order to ensure smooth operation, low noise, and no leakage of the reducers and turbine boxes.
TA/400型機(jī)器人焊接生產(chǎn)線
該生產(chǎn)線是我公司與華中科技大學(xué)針對(duì)吹灰器梁體焊接共同研發(fā)的專用設(shè)備，采用松下軌道機(jī)器手自動(dòng)焊接系統(tǒng)，通過優(yōu)化焊接參數(shù)及輔助工裝夾具精確定位，確保了梁體焊接質(zhì)量、極大地提高了焊接效率。目前該生產(chǎn)線在吹灰器行業(yè)尚屬首創(chuàng)。
This production line is a specialized equipment jointly developed by our company and Huazhong University of Science and Technology for the welding of the soot blower beam. It adopts a Panasonic track robotic automatic welding system, and ensures the welding quality of the beam and greatly improves the welding efficiency by optimizing welding parameters and accurately positioning auxiliary fixtures. At present, this production line is still the first in the soot blower industry.
YC/400TX型管-管對(duì)接自動(dòng)焊機(jī)
YC-400TX型TIG管-管對(duì)接自動(dòng)焊機(jī)主要用于吹灰器槍管的焊接，采用PLC控制，兩端自動(dòng)對(duì)中夾緊，焊接效率高并且準(zhǔn)確可靠。
The YC-400TX type TIG tube to tube butt automatic welding machine is mainly used for welding the soot blower gun barrel. It adopts PLC control, and both ends are automatically centered and clamped, with high welding efficiency and accuracy and reliability.
自動(dòng)化噴涂流水線
該設(shè)備適用于工件表面的噴漆處理。用于批量工件的涂裝作業(yè)，配合懸掛輸送機(jī)運(yùn)送工件形成流水作業(yè)。
This equipment is suitable for painting the surface of workpieces. Used for the coating operation of batch workpieces, combined with the suspension conveyor to transport workpieces to form a flow process.
